What an awesome venue for an incredibly haunting work. The movie Amadeus ended with Mozart composing the requiem on his deathbed. Though it was the last work he composed, many of the facts surrounding this piece were distorted in the movie (and the play it was based on).
Mozart did not finish the requiem, most of it was finished by another composer Franz Sussmayr though others contributed. Still, it is considered by many to be Mozart's masterpiece.
