Hey, I'm actually able to do one of these this week!
Anyhow, this guy. I only came around on him recently, and I still don't really get what the deal is. Basically: nobody seems to know much about him; he seems to like it that way (note the head garment in the video); he releases lots of EPs and stuff; I have not listened to a whole of it; what I have heard is ill. And that's pretty much it.

You could have gotten good odds on me not being the first person to successfully use the word "ill" on this blog.
(this isn't bad, but the other two Blank Dogs songs I found on youtube sounded pretty similar to this, at least to me.)
