The Friends of Distinction - Grazing in the Grass

I must have heard this one on the radio recently, some bumper music or something, and it always makes me smile. That's all, no ulterior motive on this one, just a fun-ass song for a Friday.

Did you know this originated as an instrumental?

I was not aware of that fact!

(yea, this was definitely stuck in my head all morning.)

It's weird to see you posting hippies, even black ones.

I was going to do a bit about how I'm kind of okay with black hippies because they had come through a real, actual battle that they had won, or were in the process of winning, which meant that their stupid peace and love thing was about building bridges, whereas white hippies never did anything but disengage from the system and act like they were better than those who were willing to get in the muck and get dirty, but it didn't come together in my head, sort of like this post.
